Before you light up the next cigarette, cigar or pipe, consider what harm it can do to your health:

Cancer of the pancreas
9) Cancer of the kidney, and urinary bladder
10) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
11) Chronic bronchitis
12) Emphysema
13) Pneumonia

19) Gum disease
20) Osteoporosis
21) Sleep problems (falling asleep inappropriately and/or frequent waking)

23) Thyroid disease (Grave`s Disease)
Female smokers are at an extra risk for
1) Cancer of the cervix (womb)
2) Menstrual problems
3) Fertility problems
4) Spontaneous abortion (miscarriage)
Male smokers have an extra risk of
1) Erectile dysfunction (impotence)

There is also some evidence linking smoking to cancer of the colon and leukemia.
Smoking can also cause wrinkles, creating the appearance of premature aging.
The sense of smell and taste are also reduced.
Fortunately, most of these harmful effects are reversible.
So make a resolution to quit NOW!

Yeah, just back to basics bro, anything that harms your health, dont even try, even if, it seems insignificant at first.
But as you age, you will then see the consequences.
Trust me on that. Heh.
