Last week, I involved myself in Woodlands Branch NTUC Income party and participated in the Woodlands Branch Idol.
We have so much fun together. 🙂
In my 4 and 1/2 months period with NTUC Income, I faced many ups and downs.

I dont know, how I can repay your kindness.
In this blog, I will like to recognise and dedicate today’s post to someone special, whom have been rendering continual, never ending support for me.
He is very pragmatic, wont give the kind of look like this one also you dunno approachable, and definitely talented.
He is no one other than my Unit Manager, Mr Andrew Tan. (Clap, Clap, Clap)
When I came to NTUC Income, I feel directionless.
I want to be successful.
I NEED to be successful.
I know, I can do it.
I can feel it.
I rejected SMUs interview, because I want to join NTUC Income.
I want to be successful in NTUC Income.
and when I join NTUC Income…..
I faced lots of challenges.
Everyone seems better than me in all aspects.
I tried to grapple and comprehend concepts on my own, and as a newbie, I faced difficulties.
I do not know who to approach.
Andrew’s friendly demeanour, coupled with his charismatic character and strong leadership win all of us who work with him.
The greatest thing that happen is that he believed in all of us, and never single anyone of us out.
Even though I am new.
He continues to encourage and spur us to greater heights.
He lend support and allow us to work on our strengh, develop it, and leverage it to our own benefits.
He is really a great leader who understands all of us.
He understands our plight.
He fights for us and definitely someone with a great calibre.
Mr Andrew Tan Sir, if you are reading this post right now, I will just like to inform you that I am proud and happy to have a good UM like you.
