There are a lot of ways to reduce stress. These are some that I used.

1. Climb up the hill and shout out loud.
2. Listen to music
3. Lay down the bed and talk to girls on the phone
4. Sing out the song I love
5. Watch some movies
6. Go for a run
7. Eat ice cream
8. Draw something
9. Do push up
10. Read newspaper
11. Read motivational books
12. Chat in msn
13. Check my email for some inspiring emails that may be send from the newsletter I sign up
14. Read comics
15. Go Johor Bahru and makan
16. Disturb people
17. Hug pillow and cried my frustration out in anticipation to feel relieved
18. Sleep

    wow!! dats alot.. hmmm.. almost all of it but not all.. coz some of it is too…. tough for me to do it.. eg. pushups gorun disturbppl.. eeee.. haha.. but wad i always do is.. find someone who i really can talk with.. i will feel much more better by talk things out.. (:

    Stress is usually about your pattern of thoughts, which is usually an accumulation of negative thoughts

    When i encounter a stressful situation, I quickly act on it. For example if you have a lot of clients to call at work, you will wonder how you are going to finish calling all of them. This kind of thought creates stress. stop thinking, and straightaway carry out the phone calls.

    to me, if you subtitute your thoughts to actions, stress simply disappears
