I had a minor discussion with my manager yesterday, and she said I am on track to MDRT. 🙂
MDRT stands for Million Dollar Round Table which is a recognition status for the top 10% financial consultant in the whole insurance industry, in the whole world.
I have been working very hard.
…and I know, working hard is not enough.
My job requires energy and my job requires blessings.
Blessings from my mum.
Blessings from my dad.
Blessings from my family.

I feel sad, reading from other people blogs, supposedly “to promote the importance of having an insurance plan“, condemning life insurance agents.
I prefer to stay out of this debate as I feel, the points brought forward are negatively biased.
I DONT MIXED with negative people.
To all my comrades out there, continue to preach on others, the importance of insurance, the importance of savings and the importance of investments.
As what Freddie said in the video below, “they will never know when their thunderstorm will come”.

I am listening now to Joe Gierard’s Audio Book, “How To Sell Anything To Anybody“.
He shared a lot of ideas which is very, very practical in our industry.
I love his word of motivation.
“NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU FEEL INFERIOR WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!”.
One thing, I realised about top producers in any industry, is that they are very, very positive minded.
When they wake up, every morning, they think positively.
When they have their breakfast, they think positively.
When they meet their colleagues, they greet, “Good Morning“, and think positively of the day ahead.
When they meet their clients, they think positively and closed the case.
When they go back home, they think positively.
I never heard a tint of negativity from any top producers.
While underachievers, will BLAME everything, BLAME everyone, BLAME anyone, to make themselves feel good.
By positioning themselves, as a VICTIM, they hope for a tint of sympathy, and feel the shadow of politically correctness, for them to pacify and make themselves feel better.
I will try my best to stay away from these people.
